And just like that, Halloween is in our rear-view mirror, and November is upon us. That means it’s Election time and Turkey season. So be sure to go out and #VOTE for your favorite turkeys!
November also means it’s time for NaNoWriMo, which stands for “National Novel Writing Month.” I am not participating this year as much of my creative energies are already spread thin here. But I will continue to have content coming out.
I am currently working on the edit of ECHOES IN THE JEKYLL HOUSE, which originated as a NaNoWriMo project two years ago. Look for that to be released in 2025.
I’m also starting the early processes of a new book called THEY HISS! More to come on this project very soon.

It was not an alien spacecraft with death rays.
It was not bug-eyed monsters from beyond.
It was not a dangerous foreign nation armed to the teeth.
It was not a physical enemy we could face on a battlefield that destroyed humanity.
It was a fragment. It was a mere scrap of intellectual genetic material. It was an idea of an enemy.
That is what had gotten inside, and it overtook us from within.
Beware the real enemy, and fight that enemy with ideas first.
Or you will not survive.
