We are in the thick of it! Every year, my plan is to coordinate schedules and look ahead effectively to make sure things don’t get out of hand. And every year, I completely fail to do so.

The popular elf dolls made their appearance year after year. Dressed all in red with a mischievous grin, they were meant to be fun. But it was not supposed to last forever.

The toy company that developed these Christmas favorites was relentless. The company had a plan, and it had patience.
