Happy Dead Presidents Day! And that makes it Money Day because the dead presidents are on our money… well, except for Alexander Hamilton who wasn’t a President… or Benjamin Franklin. And few people actually see Thomas Jefferson on money since almost no one uses the two-dollar bill.

Aw hell… Happy Week-After-Valentine’s Day! Hope you got some lovin’!

There are no new updates for this week from the publishing front. All projects (including standalone audiobooks for BEDRIDDEN and NOT THE END, proofreading for THE ECHOES IN THE JEKYLL HOUSE and pre-production on the MOVIE TRUTH audiobook) are moving forward.

However, let me offer a reminder for anyone who subscribes to Kindle Unlimited or Amazon Music Unlimited… reading or listening to independent publishers through those programs are great ways to financially support your favorite independent author. We get paid by what is read or listened to, so even if you simply page through a book or play an audiobook as background noise for yourself, it puts a little jingle in our jeans.

The Warlock bound the two troublemakers and pondered their fate. Then he smiled and leaned close to the first one.

“This won’t be pleasant,” the Warlock said, “but it could be worse.”

A moment later, the first troublemaker shuddered and screamed. His body convulsed, and his skin bulged. Then, in an explosion of red mist and meat, thousands of worms burst from his flesh.

“How could that be worse?” the second troublemaker wailed.

The Warlock grinned. He touched the troublemaker’s nose and cackled, “Kittens!”

Then he felt it… the fur… the claws… the teeth.

This! Was! So! Much! Worse!
